This cookie policy explains how Click Haven Pte. Ltd. ("Click Haven", "we" or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on clickhaven.life. It should be read together with our privacy policy, which describes how we handle personal data more broadly under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Analytics cookies (optional)

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and whether navigation paths are intuitive. We enable analytics cookies only if you accept them through the banner or save customised preferences with analytics enabled. If we deploy analytics tools in future, they will be listed in the vendor table below and covered by this category.

Marketing cookies (optional)

Marketing cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns or deliver relevant content on third-party platforms. Click Haven does not currently operate aggressive retargeting on this website; however, this category exists in our consent tool so you can withhold permission if such features are introduced. Marketing cookies are off by default until you opt in.

Storage durations

Different cookies persist for different periods:

  • Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies — remain until they expire or you delete them. Our consent cookie lasts six months.
  • Third-party cookies — durations are set by the respective vendor and may change; see vendor documentation for current periods.

You can remove cookies at any time through your browser settings. Clearing cookies will reset your consent choice and may cause the cookie banner to reappear on your next visit.

Vendor list

The following table summarises key vendors and technologies that may set or read cookies when you use clickhaven.life:

  • Click Haven (first party) — consent storage (ch_cookie_consent). Purpose: record your cookie preferences. Category: essential.
  • Google Maps / Google LLC — embedded map on the footer strip across site pages and on contact.php. Purpose: display studio location and provide map interaction. Category: functional / third party. Google may set cookies such as NID, CONSENT or others depending on your Google account status and browser. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

We review this list periodically and update this policy when vendors or purposes change materially.

Third-party embeds and maps

Google Maps is loaded as an iframe embed pointing to our Bukit Pasoh Road address. When the embed loads, your browser communicates directly with Google's servers. That interaction may occur even if you have rejected optional analytics or marketing cookies through our banner, because the map is treated as a functional embed required to show location information you can reasonably expect on a contact page and site footer.

Important: Blocking third-party cookies or script content in your browser may prevent the Google Maps embed from rendering correctly. You may see an empty map area, a placeholder or an error message. The rest of clickhaven.life will continue to work. If you need directions without loading the embed, use the address 18 Bukit Pasoh Road, #02-03, Singapore 089832 in your preferred maps application.

How to opt out and manage cookies

You have several ways to control cookies:

  • Cookie banner — On your first visit (or after consent expires), use "Reject all" to decline non-essential cookies, or "Customise" to toggle analytics and marketing individually. Click "Save preferences" to apply customised choices.

  • Do Not Track — Our site does not alter behaviour in response to Do Not Track signals, but you may still use banner and browser controls described above.

Rejecting or deleting cookies does not affect our ability to respond to enquiries you send by email or through forms, provided essential site functions remain available.

We may update this cookie policy when we change our use of cookies, add new vendors or adjust consent mechanics. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on clickhaven.life; continued use after an update constitutes acknowledgement of the revised policy, subject to any renewed consent required for non-essential cookies.
