("Click Haven", "we", "us" or "our") for professional marketing and brand communications services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

Separate written agreements — such as statements of work, retainer letters or master service agreements — govern specific client engagements and prevail over these Terms where they conflict. These Terms apply to website use and general service expectations unless superseded by a signed contract.

Outcomes such as lead volume, search rankings, revenue growth, conversion rates, audience size or market share depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, sales process, competitive landscape, media investment and execution by your team or partners. Any examples, case notes or methodology descriptions on this website are illustrative of approach, not guarantees of future performance.

Strategic and creative recommendations we provide are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Decisions about budgets, campaigns, compliance and go-to-market execution remain yours. An engagement with Click Haven is a professional services relationship — not an investment product, securities offering or substitute for regulated financial counsel.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, content on clickhaven.life — including text, layout, graphics and branding — is owned by or licensed to Click Haven Pte. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works for commercial purposes without our written consent.

For paid engagements, ownership and licence terms for deliverables are set out in the relevant contract. Unless agreed otherwise, Click Haven retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, templates and tools; clients typically receive a licence to use project-specific deliverables for agreed purposes upon payment.

Materials you provide to us remain yours. You grant Click Haven a limited licence to use client materials as necessary to perform services and, where permitted, to reference non-confidential work in portfolio contexts with your approval.

6. Confidentiality

We treat client briefs, unreleased strategies and non-public materials as confidential within our studio, subject to contractual terms. Website visitors should not submit highly sensitive information through unsecured channels. Where projects require formal confidentiality undertakings, those terms will be included in engagement documents.

7. Enquiries and contracts

Submitting a contact form or email enquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate Click Haven to accept a project. We reserve the right to decline engagements that are not a fit for our studio capacity or expertise. A binding engagement begins only when both parties agree written terms — including scope, fees, timeline and signatories.

8. Fees and payment

Fee structures — retainers, fixed sprint fees, project rates or other models — are communicated in proposals and contracts. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable in Singapore dollars within the period specified on the invoice. Late payment may attract interest or suspension of work as permitted by contract and law. Deposits and cancellation terms, if applicable, are defined per engagement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Click Haven Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of this website or from services performed, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Click Haven for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded by law — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Content on clickhaven.life is provided for general information. While we aim for accuracy, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third-party rights in site content.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Click Haven Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees and contractors from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights — except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or negligence.

11. Third-party links and embeds

Our site may include links to external websites and embedded content such as Google Maps. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. 13. Governing law and jurisdiction
